At Eunoia Psych Services, care is compassionate, patient-centered, and unrushed. Here’s how we get started and how we’ll work together.

1. Submit the Interest Form

The first step is completing our secure

This brief form allows us to gather essential information about your needs and confirm basic eligibility before moving forward.

Once your form is reviewed, you will be contacted with instructions to book your required Connection Call to further determine if we may be a good clinical fit.

Submitting the Interest Form does not establish care, but it allows us to begin the alignment process.

2. Free 15-Minute Connection Call

After completing the Interest Form, you will be invited to schedule a brief telehealth Connection Call.

This call helps determine whether Eunoia Psych Services is the appropriate setting for your needs before scheduling a full evaluation.

During this call, we will review:

  • Your primary concerns and goals

  • Age and location eligibility (telehealth; ages 12 and up)

  • Scope of care (medication management; no controlled substances)

  • Our cash-based model and pricing (superbills available upon request)

  • Telehealth expectations and next steps

Outcome:
If we determine we are a good fit, you will receive a secure link to complete intake forms and schedule your comprehensive psychiatric evaluation.

3. Complete New Patient Forms

After the Connection Call, you will receive secure electronic intake paperwork.

Please submit all forms at least 48 hours prior to your evaluation. This allows time for careful review of your history so your appointment can be fully tailored to your needs.

Our goal is to spend your visit focused on clinical care — not administrative tasks.

4. Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

Your evaluation is a comprehensive, in-depth appointment designed to understand the full picture of your mental health.

During this visit, we will:

  • Review your psychiatric, medical, and treatment history

  • Explore current symptoms and stressors

  • Clarify diagnoses

  • Provide education on treatment options

  • Develop a collaborative care plan

  • Discuss safety planning and resources if indicated

This appointment establishes the foundation for thoughtful, ongoing care.

5. First Follow-Up (2-4 Weeks)

Your first follow-up appointment will be scheduled 2 or 4 weeks after your evaluation, depending on clinical needs.

This visit allows us to:

  • Assess medication response

  • Monitor side effects

  • Refine and adjust your treatment plan

  • Ensure early stability and support

Early follow-up is intentional — not reactive.

6. Ongoing Care

Most patients are seen every 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on symptom stability, treatment stage, and progress.

Our approach prioritizes steady, sustainable improvement. We focus on long-term clarity and resilience — not rushed medication changes.

Why We Require the Connection Call

The Connection Call protects your time and ensures your first full visit is meaningful and efficient.

  • Fit & Safety: Confirms we’re the right setting for your needs (telehealth, ages 12 and up, medication management, no controlled substances).

  • Clarity Up Front: Reviews our cash-based model, estimated costs, and superbill option so there are no surprises. (Medicare/Medicaid patients aren’t eligible for self-pay under federal rules.)

  • Streamlined Start: Lets us preview your goals, explain what to expect, and send only the forms you actually need.

  • Better First Visit: With the admin details handled, we can spend your evaluation time where it matters—clinical care.

What to Prepare

  • A short list of your top 1–3 concerns

  • Current medication list (name, dose, schedule)

  • Relevant records (prior evaluations, labs) if available

  • A quiet, private space with a reliable internet connection
