Eunoia Psych Services provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management services via telehealth for individuals ages 12 and older.

 

To receive services, patients must:

• Be physically located in a state where the provider is licensed at the time of the appointment

• Have the legal capacity to consent to treatment (or have appropriate guardian consent if under 18)

 

Services are subject to clinical appropriateness and provider discretion.

 

3. Scope of Services

Eunoia Psych Services offers:

• Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

• Ongoing medication management

• Non-stimulant ADHD treatment

• Psychoeducation and care coordination (with consent)

 

This practice does not:

• Prescribe controlled substances

• Provide military clearance evaluations

• Provide emergency psychiatric services

• Offer 24/7 on-call coverage

• Provide court-ordered evaluations

 

Completion of paperwork (including accommodation documentation) is at the provider’s discretion and requires established treatment history.

 

4. Telehealth Services

All services are delivered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

 

By participating in telehealth services, you acknowledge that:

• Telehealth involves electronic communication

• Technical difficulties may occasionally occur

• Absolute confidentiality of electronic transmission cannot be guaranteed

 

You are responsible for ensuring privacy during your session.

 

5. Emergency Disclaimer

Eunoia Psych Services does not provide emergency or crisis services.

6. Financial Terms

Eunoia Psych Services is a self-pay (private pay) practice.
