At Eunoia Psych Services, we value transparency and compassionate, patient-centered care. We offer both insurance and private-pay options to help make psychiatric care accessible while ensuring each patient receives individualized, thoughtful treatment.

Insurance

Eunoia Psych Services currently accepts the following insurance plans through Alma:

Insurance eligibility and benefits are verified through Alma. Coverage, copays, deductibles, and other out-of-pocket costs may vary depending on your individual insurance plan.

Appointments & Private-Pay Rates

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes) – $375
A comprehensive evaluation to discuss your history, current concerns, treatment goals, and recommendations for care.

Follow-Up Appointments (20–30 minutes) – $175
Ongoing appointments to monitor your progress, assess medication effectiveness, make adjustments when appropriate, and provide continued support. Most patients are seen every 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on their individualized treatment plan.

Payment

Payment for any applicable copays, deductibles, coinsurance, or private-pay services is due at the time of service.

All appointments are conducted securely via telehealth.

For patients with insurance plans that we do not currently accept, private-pay services are available. A superbill can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
