Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

Your care begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. This 60 minute appointment allows us to explore your current concerns, mental health history, medical background, lifestyle factors, and personal goals.

During this visit, we will:

  • Clarify diagnoses

  • Review prior treatment history

  • Discuss symptom patterns and stressors

  • Explore medication options (if appropriate)

  • Develop a personalized treatment plan

This evaluation serves as the foundation for a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Medication Management

Ongoing medication management appointments focus on optimizing your treatment plan while prioritizing safety, effectiveness, and overall well-being.

​

Follow-up visits include:

  • Monitoring symptom improvement

  • Assessing side effects

  • Adjusting dosages when needed

  • Reviewing lab work (if indicated)

  • Supporting long-term treatment adherence

Our approach is intentional and individualized. Medication decisions are made collaboratively, with education and transparency at the forefront.
